THE HOME CREATIVE CO.
The Home Creative Co. was founded in 2020 with a clear goal: to build meaningful art in the Elgin community.
After college, Founder Tiger Khokunthod began reflecting on what it meant to create opportunities for artists in a place he had always known. What started as a moment of uncertainty became a commitment to invest locally — and The Home was formed from that decision.
The Home Creative Co. is a nonprofit theater and event organization producing full-scale musicals, plays, and creative programming that bring artists and audiences together.
In Spring 2024, Analisa Celeste stepped into the role of Creative Director, continuing to strengthen the organization’s focus on collaboration, artistic integrity, and community-centered work.
The Home is built on the belief that theater should be accessible, inclusive, and reflective of the people it serves. We are committed to equity, diversity, and cultural awareness in every production and every process.
We create space for artists of all backgrounds and experience levels to grow, contribute, and be seen.
At its core, The Home is about connection — to craft, to story, and to one another.
