PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD/ CREATIVE DIRECTOR:

Analisa Celeste has held numerous roles within the organization, including choreographer, assistant director, stage manager, and award-nominated costume designer. A founding board member, Analisa was appointed Creative Director in the spring of 2024. In this role, she continues to shape the organization’s artistic vision while ensuring that the principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion are reflected throughout all aspects of our work.

VICE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD:

Michael Greco is a former cast member of The Home Creative Co., having starred in their Spring 2024 production of Spring Awakening. He brings valuable experience in project management, fundraising, and non-profit operations to help enhance the organization’s business functions. Michael currently works at CVS Health, where he oversees Pharmaceutical Strategic Initiatives.

SECRETARY OF THE BOARD

Marisa Heckler has served on the board since the founding of the organization and has been an integral part of its artistic growth. She has contributed as in-house choreographer for numerous productions and directed the Fall 2022 production of Little Women, which received a Lou Award recommendation. Her choreography for the March 2025 production of Heathers earned her a nomination for Best Choreography with the Lou Awards.

MEMBER OF THE BOARD:

Vanessa has spent the past 15 years working in technology and innovation and now works with the nonprofit DonorsChoose. She’s passionate about creating spaces where kids, families, and communities can experience equity, creativity, and empowerment. She also sits on the Executive Board of The Children’s Theatre of Elgin as their EDI director and works with local Elgin businesses.

MEMBER OF THE BOARD:

Jeremy has worked as a growth marketer for close to 20 years and has also used that experience to host and promote events within the Chicagoland area. He believes that art and culture have the power to bring people together to build safe, supportive communities. He is a performer, DJ, producer, and he recently was in The Home’s production of Rent as a cast member after a long hiatus in musical theater. During his most recent board tenure, he helped shape the board structure and governance to best support the org's values.

MEMBER OF THE BOARD:

Veronica Comings joined the board in 2025. Previously, Veronica was President of another non-profit theatre company where created one show, produced multiple others, and led the organization to winning an Award of Excellence from the Illinois Theatre Association. Veronica joined the board of The Home Creative Co. because she believes in the values of the organization, striving for equity and inclusion for all in theatre. Veronica works at CDW as a Manager leading a team of IT consultants. She also serves as Co-Vice Chair of CDW's PRIDE Business Resource Group.

MEMBER OF THE BOARD:

Marquis Bundy is a perfomer, choreographer, and director. Marquis got his start with The Home in their first musical Godspell (2022) and went on to be in Little Women (2022) and directed and choreographed Tick, Tick… Boom! (2023) When he’s not working on a show, you can find Marquis managing the Ankeny location of Smokey Row Coffee Co. Marquis enjoys video games, lava lamps, and doing puzzles.
