Audition Information
In-Person Auditions | May 8th and 9th | 5:00–9:00 PM
Elgin Artspace Lofts | 51 S. Spring St., Elgin, IL 60120
Please prepare a 1-minute cut of a song from or in the style of the show.
No accompanist will be provided. Bring a phone or device to play your accompaniment track.
Devices must be compatible with Lightning, USB-C, AUX, or Bluetooth.
A dance audition will follow the vocal audition—please wear comfortable clothing or bring something to change into.
Portions of the audition will be recorded.
Walk-Ins
Walk-ins are welcome, but please expect longer wait times.
Video Submissions
Video auditions will be accepted. Deadline: Thursday, May 7th at 10:00 PM. To submit a video audition:

Production Information
Callbacks (In-Person, Invitation Only): Monday, May 11 | 6:00–10:00 PM
Rehearsals Begin: Week of June 15, 2–4 rehearsals per week, based on cast availability. All rehearsals will take place in the Elgin area
Tech Week: August 10–13 | 5:30–10:00 PM
Performances: August 14, 15, 21, 22 at 7:00 PM, August 16 and 24 at 3:00 PM. Possible added matinees on August 15 and 23.

The Home Creative Co. is a nonprofit artistic theater organization based in Elgin, IL. Founded in 2020, we produce full-scale musicals and plays.
